When

1) IDEA / CONCEPT DISCOVERY

When moral questions or possibilities arise, essential insights are derived by research.

Behaviors and perceptions are investigated and possible stakeholders, fans, users and contributors interviewed.

Revealing challenging opportunities and motivations, drawn into solid conclusions, defining challenging starting points and feasible requirements.

2) IDEA / CONCEPT DEFINITION

Requirements are addressed through hypotheses and strategy development based on the outcome of creative workshops and brainstorms, indisputably resulting in big ideas and solutions.

Following, visual mind maps are drawn, statements written and (user)scenarios outlined.

Then budget and time-lines are provided. All submitted through a comprehensive plan, summarized in a strategic brief or presentation, stating the recommended direction.

3) IDEA / CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Formed ideas and solutions are steered and shaped into physical concepts, plans, projects or products, through three design phases; Concept, Provisional and Final Design.

The results of each design phase are in due course visualized and translated into a Concept, Provisional and Final Design Presentation.

4) IDEA / CONCEPT DELIVERY

The final result is brought together through various production schemes, drawings and instructions, outlining and defining all constructional collaborations needed.

Production will be managed through completion, then celebrated with good food and drinks of course.
